Donald H. Anderson
Donald has over 45 years’ experience working within the construction industry. He began his business career in 1970 as a partner in a seven partner accounting firm. In 1981, he formed a management consulting firm serving various types of construction companies from general contractors to wholesale plumbing companies. In 1996, he was employed as Executive Vice-president and Operations Manager by a large family-owned HVAC and plumbing construction firm with projects throughout Central and South Texas.
During his career, he has successfully processed over 20 construction claims and managed over 22 construction defect lawsuits involving HVAC and plumbing related claims. He has been instrumental in developing and managing project management programs designed to improve productivity, project performance, and contract administration .
His view toward any activity is “we cannot change yesterday, but learn from what we did right and wrong.”
