Navidad Construction Consulting, LLC. is a boutique consulting group focused on issues impacting and affecting the construction industry. The firm was founded in 2015, by Donald H. Anderson with the commitment to provide quality services to attorneys, general contractors, and trade construction contractors and suppliers. Experience has taught us that an effective contract management program becomes critical to successful projects. We have experience in developing risk management programs through contract negotiations, productivity enhancement programs, comprehensive (but usable) schedules, effective communications, project management team development, and project controls.
When the unfortunate dispute develops, we are prepared to assist the owner, contractor and their attorneys in the forensic evaluation of the project CPM schedules, productivity analysis, cost impacts caused by delays and disruptions, change order impacts, and other adverse conditions effecting the project.
